Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. European destinations are being added — join the mailing list to be told when your country opens.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 US Eastern on Friday are processed the following Monday.

Tracking and customs
Every shipment has a tracking number emailed on dispatch. For Canadian orders, any duties or import taxes charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we ship a replacement or refund in full.
